Policies
To provide the best possible service for you and your pets, Tails and Whiskers has established the following policies:
Cancellations, Refunds and Credits
In order to give your pet the time he or she deserves, we do not overbook. Therefore, once you have contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accomodate your scheduled visit. 48 business hours notice is required to guarantee schedule changes and receive credit for unused services. Cancellation fees may be imposed for repeated cancellations.
If Jenny arrives for your visit and you determine that you don't want a visit, or your pet is not there, you will be charged for you regular visit.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
All clients will receive a confirmation call the day before their scheduled departure. If you do not receive your confirmation call, please contact Tails and Whiskers before you leave town.
